- 1 pound Flour
- Eight eggs
- 1 T. Lard
- 1 T Baking powder
- 1 pound granulated Imperial sugar
- 1 Lt Oil
- Powder Cinnamon
Put the flour in the middle of a kneading table as a crown, add the eggs, lard and baking powder. Knead it by hand with sugared water until soft dough is obtained. Keep kneading until is not longer adhering to your fingers, let it rest for about 45 minutes and shape it in rectangles.
Fried in very hot oil. Sprinkle with our cinnamon sugar combination and serve warm.
